1 egg white
1 teaspoon cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound pecan halves
Beat egg white and cold water until frothy. In separate bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Coat nuts in egg white and then sugar mixture. Bake in preheated 225 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
