Drizzled Party Popcorn

Adapted from Hershey's

8 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Hershey’s Sea Salt Caramel chips
2 teaspoons shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil), divided

Line cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan with wax paper. Spread popcorn in thin layer on prepared pan.

Place dark chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon shortening in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium power (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium power an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. Drizzle over popcorn.

Place sea salt caramel chips and remaining 1 teaspoon shortening in separate microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium power 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium power an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. Drizzle over popcorn.

Allow drizzles to set up at room temperature or refrigerate about 10 minutes or until firm. Break popcorn into pieces.

Popcorn is best eaten the same day as prepared, but can be stored in airtight container.
