Pumpkin Bread

Bread:

1 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 cup water
1 cup oil
3 1/2 cups GF flour
1 can pumpkin

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix all together in order. Grease 4 pans (7 3/8-inch by 2 1/4-inch) with PAM. Place about 2 cups of batter in each pan. Bake 1 hour

Frosting for Bread:

2 teaspoons soft margarine
2 teaspoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all together – spread on cooled bread
