Savory Dinner Rolls

1 cup white rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup potato starch
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry milk or potato flakes
1 tablespoon xanthan gum
1 tablespoon yeast
3 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup corn oil
1 cup water warm to touch

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin pan. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients, add slowly to dry. Stir until well blended and batter is soft and sticky. Scoop into 12 muffin cups. Bake 35 minutes or until done.

For savory bread cubes bake in 13-inch by 18-inch sheet pan for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into cubes, bake 15 minutes. Good for stuffing.
