Rice Bake

1 chicken breast, cooked, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 cup veggie broth
4 cups cooked rice (3 cups water, 1 cups rice)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil

Brown celery, onion, and garlic in oil. Mix all ingredients. Oil 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
