Beans and Rice Italiano

2 cups black beans
2 cups brown rice
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt

Cook beans and rice ahead of time. Saute onions and tomatoes in olive oil until soft. Add basil, oregano, and salt to mixture. Mix well. Add to beans and rice and mix well. Enjoy!
