Squash Casserole with Cranberries

4 cups cooked mashed butternut squash
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups craisins
1/2 cup orange juice
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350. Combine squash, eggs, butter, brown sugar, craisins, and salt in large bowl. Mix well. May use electric mixer on low speed. Place in 2 quart baking dish and bake 45 minutes. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
