Preheat oven to 325.
2 cans of creamed corn
3 eggs beaten, or egg substitute
1 large onion, chopped and sautéed
1 cup celery chopped (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, transfer to well buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 45-60 minutes until top is golden and center is set.
