Mexican Hash

Brown 1 lb hamburger, drain off grease
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add 1/2 onion, 1/2 green pepper, and 1 stalk celery
Add 1 small can mushrooms
Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
Add 1 can Healthy Choice Tomato with Basil soup (gluten free)*
Add 1/4 cup water (if needed)
Add 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Add one cup cooked gluten-free macaroni (shell if you can find it). Do not overcook!

Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.

* Can use Full Circle Chunky Tomato (gluten free) soup instead (omit water).
