Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies #1

1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
2 cups gluten free flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg. Stir together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add soda and milk; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Drop onto parchment paper and bake 10 to 13 minutes at 375 degrees.
