No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix ingredients together. Roll into 2 balls. Put on parchment paper. Press down with fork to make criss-cross. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Let cool and remove.
