1/2 cup raisinsCombine dried fruit and nuts in a food processor and pulse till you get a coarse mixture - about 1 minute. Add orange juice and pulse again until the mixture sticks together - about 15 seconds. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, then roll in sugar for a sweet coating. Refrigerate. Makes about 2-3 dozen. Note: Refrigerate overnight to give them more body.
