Butterscotch Haystacks

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 oz. shoestring potatoes
6 oz. dry roasted peanuts

Microwave chips for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto parchment paper or aluminum foil-lined cookie sheets. Cool and store.
