Apricot Coconut Balls

11 oz. dried apricots
2 cups flaked coconut
2/3 cup Eagle Brand canned milk
Powdered sugar

Puree the dried apricots and mix with coconut. Add Eagle Brand milk and mix thoroughly. Make 1” balls by rolling with wet hands. Then roll each ball in powdered sugar. Place a layer of powdered sugar on bottom of container with a lid. Place powdered balls in container. Dust powdered sugar over balls and refrigerate until serving.

These will last up to one month in the refrigerator…………if not eaten first!
