Captain's Crunchy Candy

2 lbs. white chocolate bark or morsels
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups gluten free rice cereal
1 cup peanuts
2 cups cashews
2 cups mini marshmallows

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave about 2 minutes or until melted. Stir the peanut butter into melted chocolate, then stir in the cereal, peanuts and cashews. Add mini marshmallows and stir.

Either drop by teaspoon onto wax paper or spread on wax paper on cookie sheets. Cool, then cut into pieces.
