Pretzel Peanut Bark

18 oz. almond bark (or white chocolate) (or semi-sweet chocolate)
2 cups gluten free pretzel rounds
2 cups lightly salted peanuts
1 cup Terra Stix

Melt almond bark in microwave or over hot water. Pour over pretzels, peanuts and Stix. Mix well. Spread on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Cool for several hours or refrigerate for 45 minutes. Break into chunks.

For semi sweet chocolate mixture use same formula but add 1 tablespoon peanut butter to semi-sweet pieces when melting. Stir well before adding to dry pieces.
