2 3/4 cups Sorghum Flour BlendCover bowl and chill for about an hour until dough is easy to handle. Roll out to about 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured board or counter top (can use rice flour). Cut with biscuit or cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes.
