Chocolate Chip Bars #2

2 1/4 cups Jules GF all-purpose flour
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons GF vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. In large mixer bowl beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet (or spread in baking dish for bars). Bake 9 to 11 minutes until edges are brown. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
