1 cup creamy sunflower butter
1 cup dairy, nut and soy-free chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut
1/3 cup pecans
Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto pans covered with parchment paper. Bake at 300 F for 12 minutes. The sunflower butter is a substitution for peanut butter in the original no flour cookie recipe for those having a peanut allergy.
