Pumpkin Bars

1 cup gluten free graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons oil

Mix together, press crumbs into an 8 x 8-inch pan.

Combine:

1 16-oz can pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup rice milk
salt to taste

Mix together and pour on top of crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
