Snowballs

1/2 pound butter
4 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups (gluten free) flour
1 cup pecans, crushed

Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and repeat later. (For the powdered sugar, use a flour sifter.)
