Cow Pies

2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups chopped slivered almonds

In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips and oil, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in raisins and almonds. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper. Chill for one hour. Yield: 2 dozen.
