Cranberry Nut Bars

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup Domata gluten-free replacement flour
1/3 cup butter, melted - used Earth Balance vegan
1 1/4 cups cranberries - fresh Ocean Spray, frozen OK
1/2 cup chopped nuts - Blue Diamond Almonds, raw

Oven 350° F; Bake time 40-45 minutes; 8-inch x 8-inch pan

Beat eggs in a medium bowl until thick. Gradually add sugar. Blend well. Stir in flour and melted butter, alternately. Blend well.

Add nuts and cranberries. Stir in only until just combined.

Spread in greased or lined pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool and cut. Frost if desired.
