Bars to the Stars

2 cups butterscotch morsels
1 cup chunky peanut butter
8 cups GF puffed rice cereal
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons water

Combine butterscotch morsels and peanut butter. Microwave till smooth. Add cereal. Press half of this cereal mixture into greased 9x13-inch pan. Chill. Combine chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and water. Microwave till smooth. Put over first layer. Pat rest of cereal mixture over top of fudge layer. Chill till firm.
