Reduced Fat Mocha Fudge

3 cups of reduced fat semi-sweet baking chips
1-14 oz. can Low Fat Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 Tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup
1 Tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Stir until chips are melted. Remove from heat; add chocolate syrup, coffee, and vanilla. Pour into foil lined pan. When fudge mixture has set up, remove block of fudge from pan by lifting out foil. Set on a cutting board and peel off foil. Cut into desired pieces. Store at room temperature.
