Snow Drops

7/8 cup butter (1 cup minus 2 tablespoons)
4 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup potato starch flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon water

Blend butter and sugar well. Mix in remainder of the ingredients. Chill dough until firm. Form into small balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 400° for 10-12 min. Let cool on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while they cool. Fragile cookie.
