Apricot Balls

3/4 cup dried apricots
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pecan meal
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind

Grind together apricots, coconut and pecan meal. Add lemon juice and rinds. Knead with hands until well blended. Roll into small balls. If desired, the balls may be rolled in additional pecan meal. Yield: 3 dozen balls.
