1/2 cup 1 cup butter
1 cup 2 cups granulated sugar
2 4 eggs
1/2 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/4 to 3 cups 4 1/2 to 6 cups Bette Hagman's white rice gluten free flour mix

Chill overnight in refrigerator. Use 1 heaping teaspoon of batter per cookie.
