Krumkake

5 eggs, well beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups cream
3 cups GF Flour Mix
1 teaspoon cardamon

Drop teaspoon amount onto hot krumkake iron. Turn iron once. When golden brown, remove from iron with knife or fork and roll over wooden stick. Remove from stick when next one is ready. Yield: About 100 cookies.
