Grain-Free Gingerbread Truffles

Makes 12 small truffles

1 cup blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil (room temperature, soft but not melted)
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
pinch of salt
Garnish - colored sugar, sprinkles or shredded coconut
