Sugar Cookies #2

Cream together:
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 cups flour (used Cup4Cup)

Scoop balls of dough onto cookie sheet and flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass.

Bake at 350° F for about 10 minutes.
