Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

1/2 cup peanut butter or other nut butter or pumpkin puree
About 1/4 cup agave, honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa nibs or crushed nuts
1 cup rolled oats

Mix all together, roll into balls and then roll balls in cocoa powder. Store in fridge. Recipe is very flexible and forgiving.
