4 cups white sugar
4 large eggs
4 cups peanut butter
1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup chopped cashews
1 cup chopped almonds
2 cup coconut flakes
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, either two 9” x 13” or one 12” x 17” pan.
Mix sugar and eggs until smooth; stir in peanut butter until well blended. Pour peanut butter mix into the baking trays. Bake in oven until base is partially cooked (about 8 min).
Remove from oven. Layer semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips, cashews, almonds, coconut flakes over the cookie base. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the toppings. Bake until coconut is slightly brown (about 30 min)
