O'Henry Bars

1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
6 cups Rice Chex
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add in vanilla and peanut butter. Mix in cereal. Press into greased jellyroll pan. Top with chocolate and butterscotch chips that have been melted together. When cool, slice into squares.
