Peach or Apple Crisp

3 or 4 peaches or apples, sliced
3/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Mix together. Place in 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Topping:

1 cup gluten free graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup coconut crystals or sugar
1/3 cup gluten free flour
3 tablespoons oil

Mix together. Spoon on top of peaches or apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Note: Use more sugar if peaches or apples are tart. I like Idaho peaches because they are sweet.
