Apple Crisp

4 sliced apples
2 boxes of raisins

2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
cinnamon (to taste)

Topping:

1 cup quick rolled oats
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 taplespoon maple syrup

Mix apples and raisins together with the water and syrup. Place in an 8-inch x 8-inch pan and top with cinnamon.

Mix the quick rolled oats, olive oil and syrup together and spoon over the apples. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
