Spicy Black Bean Spread

16-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons finely diced green pepper
3 tablespoons finely diced red pepper

Use a food processor to process the beans until smooth. Add the salsa, cilantro, cumin, salt and black pepper and process just to mix, leaving some small chunks of tomato, if desired. Stir in chopped peppers. Use as a dip or sandwich spread.
