Swiss Onion Dip

2 cups shredded swiss cheese
4 cups chopped sweet onion
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 cups light mayo
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, diced

Mix well. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with gluten free crackers.
