Pumpkin Dip

4 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
1 tablespoon maple syrup

  1. Using an electric mixer, whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add pumpkin, spices and maple syrup and whip again for 2-3 minutes. The longer you whip, the fluffier it becomes. Serve with gingersnaps.
