Cherry Waldorf Salad
2 large apples (about 1 pound), chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 cup canned pitted tart cherries, halved
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
Toss apples and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add celery, cherries, cranberries and
almonds. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and salt. Pour over
salad, toss to coat and chill for 1 hour.
