Meat Loaf

2 pounds (96% lean) ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons gluten free ketchup
2 tablespoons gluten free honey mustard
3 tablespoons gluten free barbecue sauce
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Place mixture in a 9-inch by 9-inch pan and form into a loaf. Cover first or last half hour. Bake 1 hour and 30 min or until cooked through. Serves 8 - 10.
