Macaroni Salad
Combine the following in a bowl:
3 cups chilled cooked GF macaroni or shells (1 1/2 cups uncooked)
1/2 pound crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chilled cooked peas
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cup minced green pepper, if desired
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss together with Hellmann's mayonnaise.
