1 bag (16 ounces) frozen peasPlace the peas in a colander and run under cold water until just thawed but still cold. Allow to drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise (add more or less according to taste). Add the chopped onion, black pepper and cheeses. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
