Broccoli Salad

2 heads of broccoli cut in small pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled into small pieces
3 onion rings on top of salad

DRESSING
2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar

Pour dressing over salad and let set for flavors to mix.
