Basil Pesto Pasta

1 1/4 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 clove garlic
1 cup packed fresh basil
1/4 cup nuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cook rice pasta according to package directions. In a blender, puree the zucchini and oil. Add the salt, lemon juice, garlic, and nuts. Process until almost smooth, add the basil and process for a minute. Pour over cooked rice pasta and mix.
