Brown meat in a large pot. Add soup, tomatoes, and beans. Stir well. Cook over low to med heat 45 min, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, make a paste of chili powder, flour and water. Add to chili.
Makes 6 servings. Recipe can be doubled. Freezes well. For milder chili use 2 tablespoons chili powder. For spicier, use 3 tablespoons. If you're really bold, you can double the tomatoes and beans (if you dare!)
