Mighty Meaty Chili

1 pound ground round
1 15-ounce can gluten free tomato soup (i.e. Health Valley)
1 14-ounce can gluten free diced tomatoes
1 can gluten free dark kidney beans
2 to 3 tablespoons gluten free chili powder
2 to 3 tablespoons white rice flour
2 to 3 tablespoons water or as needed to make a paste

Brown meat in a large pot. Add soup, tomatoes, and beans. Stir well. Cook over low to med heat 45 min, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, make a paste of chili powder, flour and water. Add to chili.

Makes 6 servings. Recipe can be doubled. Freezes well. For milder chili use 2 tablespoons chili powder. For spicier, use 3 tablespoons. If you're really bold, you can double the tomatoes and beans (if you dare!)
