Crock-Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients:

2 pounds chunky hash browns (Ore/Ida)
1 can Progresso Creamy Mushroom Soup
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (can use Velveeta cheese)
2 cups ham, cooked and diced
1 package chopped broccoli (Birds Eye)
Milk to fill crock-pot

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a crock-pot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Serves 10.
