2 lb lean ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 med green pepper, diced

Put together in pan and brown.

32 oz tomato juice
2 cups elbow macaroni
16 oz can diced tomato
Salt & pepper to taste

Add to above, cook on low 45 min. Add 1 tsp garlic. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
